Windows Dressed Up Online products are designed for lifetime of trouble-free use, and are covered by a warranty. The manufacturer’s warranty covers any defects in materials, workmanship, mechanism and operation, so long as the product is measured and installed according to the recommended product instructions and specifications.

This Warranty does not cover:

Any conditions or damages resulting from accidents, alterations, misuse, abuse, improper handling, installation, repairs, operation or cleaning, exposure to sunlight and/or excessive heat sources, or normal wear and tear of materials, components and/or fabrics.

The costs associated with the removal of, re-measure, and re-installation of the window treatment, nor any incidental or consequential damages resulting from the removal, re-measure and re-installation of the window treatment in the same or another location.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so this exclusion or limitation may not apply.

Additional Terms

This Warranty gives specific legal rights, which may vary from state to state. It is exclusive and in lieu of all other obligations, liabilities or warranties, whether expressed or implied. All products carry a limited lifetime warranty. We will repair or replace the product due to workroom error as long as the product is not misused or abused. Replacement must be for the same window, style and fabric as the original order. Please contact Windows Dressed Up Online immediately at wduonline@windowsdressedup.com. If the product requires replacement, or repair, you will be given a Return Goods Authorization number (RGA) and shipping address to return the product(s). Returns must have an RGA to be accepted by the workroom.

Cords

Operational cords are warranted for three years from date of purchase. Please contact Windows Dressed Up Online – wduonline@windowsdressedup.com. If the cord requires replacement, you will be given a Return Goods Authorization number (RGA) and shipping address to return the product(s). Returns must have an RGA to be accepted by the workroom.
